Anjeka-6220 is a polymeric dispersant specifically formulated for aqueous coating systems, printing inks, and adhesive products. It serves as a standard additive in the manufacturing of resin-free pigment concentrates, with its primary application focused on the grinding process of inorganic pigments—including titanium dioxide, matting powder, calcium powder, and other similar materials. STORAGE and TRANSPORT

When stored or transported at temperatures below 0°C, delamination or turbidity may occur. Heat to 20°C and stir before use.

Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Key Properties & Core Advantages
This additive achieves pigment deflocculation through spatial stabilization technology. Thanks to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, it can not only help obtain a high-gloss finish but also enhance color strength significantly. Besides, it improves the transparency of transparent pigments while boosting the hiding power of opaque pigments. The reduced system viscosity not only optimizes flow performance but also allows for an increase in pigment content in the formulation.
Notably, this dispersant is particularly suitable for manufacturing stable, resin-free pigment concentrates with a pigment content ranging from 30% to 70%. These pigment concentrates are fully compatible for paint mixing with standard aqueous base coatings, facilitating convenient application in various scenarios.

This additive is also recommended for the production of stabilized resin-free pigment concentrates for the preparation of waterborne coatings with no floating/blooming colors.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

Additive dosage (in purchased form) is based on pigment:

Inorganic pigments: 2% - 10%

Organic pigments: 10%-80

Carbon black: 10%-100

The above data are empirical, the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.

INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

It can be added before grinding, and has good general effect in water-soluble, aqueous dispersion and emulsion system.
