GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6621 is a non-migrating, highly branched wetting and dispersing additive designed for solvent-free epoxy and other reactive resin systems. Its unique structure ensures zero additive release while optimizing pigment and filler stabilization.

STORAGE & TRANSPORT

Anjeka-6621 is engineered with a highly branched molecular architecture for solvent-free epoxies, two-component polyurethanes, and acid-catalyzed systems. During milling, the polyester side chains compress while amine groups anchor firmly to pigment/filler surfaces. Pigment-affinity groups adsorb onto particles, while the wrapped polyester side chains prevent amine-epoxy reactions, ensuring long-term storage stability without affecting resin curing.

The additive delivers excellent wetting and deflocculation, significantly reducing system viscosity. It exhibits broad compatibility and does not negatively impact coating properties such as yellowing resistance, metal adhesion, or corrosion protection.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Dosage is based on dispersant solids relative to pigment volume:
Inorganic pigments: 5%–10%
Titanium dioxide: 1%–3%
Organic pigments: 20%–45%
Carbon black: 20%–80%
These ranges are empirical; optimal dosage should be verified through testing.

 

INCORPORATION & PROCESSING
For optimal performance, incorporate the additive into the mill base before adding pigments. Pre-mix resin and solvent components, then slowly introduce the additive under continuous stirring. Ensure complete dispersion of the additive before introducing pigments.
