GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6111A improves pigment wetting and is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings and inks to reduce the time required for the grinding process and to stabilize pigment dispersion. It is effective in stabilizing inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, and effectively reduces the viscosity of the grinding slurry.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Layering and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 10˚C. Heat to 20˚C and mix thoroughly before use.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Features and Benefits.
Anjeka-6111A is mainly used in high solids and solvent-free coatings. Due to its anionic properties, it is very suitable for acid-catalyzed systems (e.g. coil coatings). Anjeka-6111A stabilizes inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, which increases gloss, reduces haze, and reduces the viscosity of the abrasive considerably, and can be used in combination with pigment pastes stabilized with the Anjeka series of additives. It can be used together with pigment pastes stabilized with Anjeka additives.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The amount of additives (in purchased form) is based on the pigment:
Inorganic pigments: 2%-5%
Titanium dioxide: 1%-3%
The above data are empirical, the optimum dosage should be determined by a series of tests.
