GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-5088 is a silicone- and polymer-based defoamer that is completely free of aromatics. It is primarily recommended for use in solvent-free as well as solvent-containing coating systems, printing inks, room-temperature-curing plastics, adhesives, and sealants.

PERFORMANCE
Anjeka-5088 serves as an effective defoamer suitable for virtually all solvent-borne and solvent-free coating formulations, with particular suitability for aromatic-free systems.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.1-2.0% additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation weight.
These are guideline values derived from experience; the ideal addition rate should always be confirmed through lab testing series.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
To achieve the best defoaming results, incorporate the additive into the mill base before the grinding process begins. When adding it during later stages, ensure adequate high-shear mixing is applied to fully disperse the product and avoid any risk of craters or film defects.
